Commercial & Industrial Floor Coatings

Commercial epoxy floor coating with Midnight flake in a medical center boiler room, Port Huron, MI
Commercial gym corridor with epoxy flake floor coating

Mac Epoxy Floors coats floors that can’t afford downtime or failure — hospital boiler rooms, kennels, warehouses, shops, and retail spaces. Our largest recent project: the 4,300 sq ft boiler room at Lake Huron Medical Center in Port Huron, where we removed roughly ten layers of old floor paint down to bare concrete, then installed a moisture vapor barrier, 100% solids epoxy, a full Midnight flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat. We also coated a 25-room puppy pavilion for a Siberian Husky breeder in East Tawas. Commercial work covers Michigan and, for the right project, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
