Madison Heights is working Oakland — ranch homes, workshops, and small businesses shoulder to shoulder. Mac Epoxy Floors coats Madison Heights garages, basements, and commercial floors with professional epoxy systems that stand up to daily work and clean up fast.
Yes — we grind failed coatings off completely and redo the floor from bare concrete, the way it should have started.
Every floor is quoted free after we see the space — size, concrete condition, and system choice set the price. Call or text (810) 336-1348 and we’ll measure and price it honestly.
We diamond-grind every floor — never an acid-etch shortcut — and repair cracks before coating, so the system bonds to the concrete the way the manufacturer specifies.
