Novi’s growth means thousands of newer homes — and thousands of bare concrete garages already collecting salt stains. Mac Epoxy Floors coats Novi garages and basements with professional epoxy systems, and handles commercial floors around Twelve Oaks and the Grand River corridor.
Once the concrete has cured (about 30 days), we can grind and coat — we’ll verify moisture at your free estimate.
Every floor is quoted free after we see the space — size, concrete condition, and system choice set the price. Call or text (810) 336-1348 and we’ll measure and price it honestly.
We diamond-grind every floor — never an acid-etch shortcut — and repair cracks before coating, so the system bonds to the concrete the way the manufacturer specifies.
