Southfield mixes mid-century neighborhoods with one of Michigan’s biggest office districts. Mac Epoxy Floors coats both worlds — residential garages and basements, plus commercial and industrial floors that need real prep and durable systems. Owner on every job, from the Civic Center corridor to the neighborhoods.
Yes — phased and off-hours scheduling is available for commercial floors; we’ll plan it with you.
Every floor is quoted free after we see the space — size, concrete condition, and system choice set the price. Call or text (810) 336-1348 and we’ll measure and price it honestly.
We diamond-grind every floor — never an acid-etch shortcut — and repair cracks before coating, so the system bonds to the concrete the way the manufacturer specifies.
